Your resume and work samples may be reviewed by our recruitment team to assess your professional qualifications. Your information will be stored securely and used only for recruitment purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your explicit written consent.
2. Data Retention & Deletion
Your application materials and resume will be retained in our database for 12 months from the date of submission. After the 12-month period, applications will be archived or permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our privacy team at privacy@fieldtalent.com. The retention period may be extended if you are actively under consideration for opportunities.
3. Background Checks & Verification
Background verification will be conducted ONLY when you are offered an assignment. The specific verification requirements depend on the client's needs for that role and may include:
- Criminal background checks
- Employment history verification
- Educational credential verification
- Professional license verification
- Reference checks (where applicable)
Third-party background check vendors may be used for these verification purposes. All results are confidential and used only for hiring qualification purposes. You will be notified if background check results affect your consideration for a position.
4. Location Data & Hub Matching
Your location information is used to match you with relevant hub positions and determine service areas. Your exact home address will NOT be shared publicly; only your city and state are used for geographic matching and opportunity identification. Your indication of willingness to relocate helps us identify flexibility for hub-based assignments.
5. Resume & Portfolio Information
Resumes uploaded to our platform are treated as confidential business information. Work samples and portfolio links are reviewed internally by our hiring team only. Public profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio websites) remain under your ownership and control. We do not republish, redistribute, or modify your resume without permission.
6. Communication & Contact
You may be contacted via email and/or phone for recruitment purposes related to your application. Marketing communications require separate opt-in consent and can be declined. You can opt-out of future recruitment communications at any time by contacting us or using unsubscribe links provided in all communication emails.
7. Data Security Measures
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS protocols
- Databases are protected with industry-standard security measures and firewalls
- Access to personal information is restricted to authorized recruitment personnel
- Regular security audits are conducted to ensure compliance with data protection standards
- In the event of a data breach, affected individuals will be notified within 30 days
